Is the pressure to get married by a certain age ruining women's lives?

"Is the pressure to get married by a certain age ruining women's lives?" It feels like a ticking clock, doesn't it? From family gatherings to casual conversations, the question of "when will you settle down?" follows many Indian women relentlessly. This constant societal push can lead to immense stress, potentially causing women to rush into marriages that aren't right for them, just to meet an arbitrary deadline. It can also overshadow personal growth, career aspirations, and the simple joy of living life on one's own terms. What are your thoughts on this societal pressure? Are we as a community doing enough to support women in making choices that are best for their own timelines and happiness, rather than conforming to external expectations?
