Is it a woman's duty to manage the household even if she works full-time?

"Is it a woman's duty to manage the household even if she works full-time?" The conversation around a woman's career and her role in the home is constant. While many men are stepping up, there's still a persistent societal expectation that the bulk of household chores and childcare falls on the woman, regardless of her professional commitments. This often leads to burnout and resentment. Is this a fair division of labor in today's world, or is it time for a complete re-evaluation? What are your thoughts and experiences on this?
